Under Ten
Cup Semi Finals
Curracloe
United and Rosslare Rangers will contest the Under Ten cup final after they
both came out on top after two very competitive semi finals. Premier leaders
Curracloe eventually broke down a resilient Taghmon side and ran out 4-1
winners although the game was closer than the scoreline suggests. Hannah Kehoe
scored for Taghmon but goals from Rebecca Fanning (2), Caoimhe Whelan and Cara
Parker saw Curracloe through to the final. Rosslare Rangers travelled to
Ballindaggin and caused an upset when they overcame the premier title
contenders on penalties after a 1-1 draw. Niamh Doyle was on target for the
home side while Bobbie Culleton scored for a very impressive Rangers which
brought the game to extra time and then penalties where Rosslare held their
nerve to book their place in their first ever schoolgirl final.
Under Ten
Premier Division
Ballindaggin
remain in contention for the under ten premier title after they travelled to
bottom team Moyne Rangers midweek and came away 7-0 winners. Anna Roban (2),
Niamh Doyle (3), Sarah Kehoe and Amy O Toole all scored for the visitors.
Ballindaggin had travelled to Kilmore a week previously and had come away 6-1
winners.
Under Ten
North
Gorey
Rangers wrapped up their group and remained unbeaten as they drew 2-2 at home
to Bunclody and beat St Cormacs 3-0 midweek. They finished top of the North
section and will now play off for the division one title while Cloughbawn and
Bunclody finished joint second and will need to play off for the runners up
medals.
Under Ten
South West
New Ross
Celtic remain well in contention in this section as they recorded big wins
during the week against Cushinstown and Seaview United Blue. Caoimhe Keher
Murtagh (7) and Casey Murphy (2) were on target against Cushinstown in a 9-0
win while Caoimhe (5), Casey (3) and Aoife Kelly all scored against Seaview in
a 9-1 win with Emer Kehoe scoring for Seaview. New Ross Town overcame Seaview
United Yellow 5-0 to stay top of the group thanks to goals from Aoibh Thomas
(4) and Niamh Bates. Adamstown are also in contention after a 3-0 win at home
to Seaview Yellow with Karlina Jaglarz (2) and Megan Martin on target and they
travelled to Corach Ramblers midweek and won 3-2 with Sarah Scallan and Serena
Reville on target for Ramblers. Corach and Seaview Yellow played out a 1-1 draw
midweek with Rachel Walsh scoring for Seaview while Sarah Scallan was on target
for Corach. Cushinstown also picked up three points after a 3-1 win away to St
Leonards thanks to goals from Aoife Byrne, Aoife McDonald and Aine Bradley
while Aideen Byrne was on target for the home side.
Under Twelve
Cup Semi Final
Holders
Ballindaggin left it very late to book their place in this seasons final but
they eventually overcame division two B winners All Blacks with a last minute
extra time goal. After an exciting but scoreless forty minutes, the game went
to extra time and looked to be heading for penalties until Katie Bates popped
up to score in the dying seconds and put Ballindaggin through to the final. There
they will play either New Ross Town or Courtown Hibs who play their semi final
on Tuesday
Under Twelve
Premier Division
Courtown
Hibs kept themselves in the title race when they travelled to Campile midweek
and came away 3-1 winners. Sarah Foley scored for the home side but a hat trick
from Ella Maree gave Hibs a vital three points. Ballindaggin also title
ambitions alive with a 1-0 midweek win at home to Kilmore United with the only
goal of the game being scored by Orlaith Kehoe. With both already relegated
Cloughbawn and Curracloe met last week with the Clonroche girls coming out on
top 2-0 thanks to goals from Mary Kaylan and Eliabeth Dempsey. Curracloe
completed their season with a 1-0 win at home to Kilmore United with Caoimhe
Parker scoring the only goal of the game
Under Twelve
Division One
Seaview
moved out of the bottom two when they overcame Gorey Rangers 4-0 with Ciaradh
Connolly scoring all four goals for the winners. St Leonards are well in
contention for the title after they beat Wexford Youths 2-0 thanks to goals
from Aoife Curran and Lauren Roche. St Josephs edged top of the table when they
drew 2-2 at home to New Ross Town with Katie Carr and Rita Redmond on target
for the home side while Elle Nugent and an own goal made up the New Ross tally.
Under Twelve
Division Two A
Moyne
Rangers currently lead the way after they picked up six points in two wins
during the week. A 4-1 home win over Bridge Rovers set them on the way with
Shauna Redmond (2), Chloe Browne and Megan O Connor were all on target for home
side while Katie Carroll was on target for Rovers. On Saturday they completed
their season with a 2-1 win over fellow title challengers Corach Ramblers with
Shauna Redmond once again on target while Kerrie Burt also scored with Ciara
Cummins scoring for Ramblers. A week earlier, Ramblers had travelled to
Bunclody and came away with all three points thanks to a Cathy Donovan hat
trick in a 3-1 win. Laoise Kearney was on target for the home side.
Under Twelve
Division Two B
Champions
All Blacks completed their season but went down 1-0 to St Cormacs with Sophie
Kirwan scoring the only goal. League committee member Adrian Kehoe travelled to
Mayglass on Wednesday and presented the
divisional winners with their trophy.

All Blacks
Red team are well in the hunt for the divisional title after they travelled to
Gorey Rangers and won 3-1 with Zoe Butler (2) and Katelyn Boggan on target for
the winners

Fourteen Cup Semi Final
League
champions Cloughbawn are still on course for the double after they travelled to
Gorey Rangers and came away 5-0 winners. Tara Doyle (2), Emma Clarke (2) and
Brid Madigan were all on target for the impressive Cloughbawn side who now
await the winners of Tombrack United and Wexford Celtic in the final

with Ciara Roban and Nicola Ryan scoring the goals

Fourteen Division One
This
division is turning out to be one of the best divisions in the history of the
league with any one of seven of the eight teams still in with a chance of
winning the division. Gorey Rangers travelled to Seaview United last week and
came away 2-1 winners which keeps them in touch with the leaders. North End
United picked up a vital three points with a very important 4-3 win at home to
Courtown Hibs with Sarah Carroll (2), Chelsey Pitman and Chelsey King all on
target for the home side. Hollie Tobin, Ella Maree and Orla Holmes were all on
target for Hibs. Goals from Ciara Hammett (2), Niamh Taylor Hughes (2) Rosie
McGukian (2) and Doreen Cullen were all on target for Gorey Rangers in their
7-2 win over St Josephs. Sinead Furlong and Ella Cullen were on target for St
Josephs. A goal from Chelsey Pitman saw North End continue their good run of
form with a 1-0 midweek victory away to New Ross Town. On Saturday Campile United moved back into
contention with a 6-1 home win over St Josephs thanks to goals from Eadaoin
Kent (2) and Elena Kenny (4) while Sarah Greagan scored for St Josephs. St
Leonards and Courtown Hibs moved joint top of the table after both won on
Saturday at home to North End United and Seaview United respectively. Fiona
Ryan and Jessica Ryan both scored for St Leonards in their 2-0 win over the
Wexford town girls while Lara Walsh (2) and Ella Maree scored for Hibs as they
overcame Seaview 3-0

Wexford
Celtic are one win away from the title after they overcame Corach Ramblers 4-0
on Saturday with Sarah Siggins, Ava Donohue, Aliat Kuton and Kyra Lacey all on
target for the leaders who recorded their eleventh win of the season. Tombrack
still look favourites for second place despite being held to a 1-1 draw away to
Shelburne with Aisling Breen on target for the home side while Tia Burne scored
for Tombrack. Camolin Celtic collected all three points as they overcame
Wexford Youths 3-2 on Saturday with Ciara Boland and Claudia Sinnott on target
for Youths while Ciara O Sullivan (2) and Emma Carton scored for Celtic. Corach
Ramblers travelled to Shelburne midweek and came away 2-0 victors

Under Sixteen Cup Semi Finals
Cup holders
Curracloe comfortably eased through to this season’s final after overcoming
Gorey Rangers B 9-0. Siobhan Doolan (5), Lauren Doyle, Dearbhla Doyle, Ailish
Neville and Jessie Harding were all on target for the winners. Bunclody will
meet them in the final after they overcame Bree 5-1 with Kate Hendrick (3) and
Britney Conroy (2) in a match that was closer than the scoreline reflects.

Sixteen Division One
Gorey
Rangers kept alive their chances of catching leaders St Leonards when they beat
All Blacks 9-2 midweek. Leah Cheung and Lara Kelay were on target for All
Blacks but goals from Amy Wilson (4), Alison McPartland, Sarah Lynch (2),
Caoimhe Byrne and Ciara Murphy gave Rangers all three points. Bridge Rovers
also kept their title chances alive with a 6-0 win away to North End with goals
coming from Hayley Lacey (2), Finnoula Monahan (2) and Deirdre Byrne (2).

Sixteen Division Two
Campile
moved second in the table after three wins in eight days beginning with 2-1
away to Tombrack where Chloe Banville scored both and Hannah Kilbride was on target
for Tombrack. They played Tombrack again four days later and a Kate Doyle goal
gave Campile a 1-0 victory and this was followed up by a 5-1 win away to Arklow
Town. Wexford Celtic are still in contention for the title after a 6-0 win away
to St Josephs.
Under
Eighteen Cup Semi Final
Curracloe
United are through to a cup final meeting with Killenagh after overcoming a
potential tricky tie away to Cloughbawn.
Amy Banville scored for the home team but goals from Dearbhla Doyle,
Lauren Fitzpatrick and Rianna Cullen saw Curracloe advance 3-1. Killenagh had a
much easier passage to the final when they were awarded a walkover due to
Arklow Town withdrawing from the league

Killenagh
Wanderers kept alive their chances of catching Curracloe when they came from
behind to beat St Josephs 2-1. Anna Hammell gave the home side the lead but
goals from Sinead Gaynor and Megan Cahill gave Wanderers a vital three points.
Earlier in the week Bridge Rovers and St Josephs played out a 1-1 draw with
Rebecca Ennis on target for Rovers and Pamela Walsh scoring for St Josephs

East End
arrived in Wexford requiring three points to clinch their first league title
and they did just that when they broke down a determined home side. Once the
visitors got in front in the game there was no pulling them back and they
eventually ran out 4-0 winners thanks to goals from Jenny Reddy, Niamh Bolger
and Grace Brennan (2). League Vice Chairman Barry Dempsey was on hand to
present the premier trophy to the victorious captain

Bree just
need another point to avoid the drop into division Two A after they travelled
to relegated Courtown Hibs and came away 5-0 winners

This top of
the table clash saw these two teams produce an excellent game of football
before All Blacks finally get the point they needed to clinch the title. In a
game that was end to end, both sides went for the win and both goalkeepers were
busy throughout the ninety minutes. Jo Rossiter scored both goals for the home
side but goals from Roisin Furlong and Tanya O Brien gave All Blacks the point
they needed to lift the title. League committee member Greg Gabbett was on hand
to present the newly crowned champions with their trophy

Both
defences dominated in this game and both sides had to settle for a point each
in a closely fought entertaining scoreless draw

Carpets Shield Final

Camolin
travelled to Ballycullane and lifted the Boland Carpets Shield after a strong
second half performance saw them break down a determined home side. Aoife
Curran and Gemma Kehoe were on target for the visitors in an excellent game of
football.

New Ross
Town rounded off their season by lifting the Michelle Coleman Shield when they
overcame a very young Cloughbawn side in a close fought encounter. A first half
goal by Sinead Ryan was enough to divide the teams despite a spirited fight
back by the home side in the second half. League Secretary Martin Cahill was on
hand to present the shield to the triumphant New Ross Town side

Seaview collected
their eight win of the season when they overcame Tombrack 2-0 and look to be
heading for a third place finish. Dani Odham scored both goals in this 2-0 win
against a hard working Tombrack side

Rovers moved
up to fourth in the league when they overcame Rosslare Rangers 2-0 to win their
seventh game of the season

strong for Cushinstown and ran out 6-0 winners thanks to goals from Ciara Tobin

4-3 on penalties)
Benfica had
to go right to the bitter end to book their place in the final after a titanic
battle between these two premier sides eventually saw the Waterford side
progress on penalties. Killenagh enjoyed the better of the opening exchanges
and were rewarded on eighteen minutes when Laura Stafford sent a well struck
shot to the back of the net. Early in the second half, Benfica were back on
level terms when they were awarded a penalty and although it was saved by
keeper Aideen Egan, Brianne O Connor was on hand to tap home the rebound. No
further goals saw the game go to extra time and then penalties where Benfica
held their nerve to go through to the final 4-3.
East End
United 0 Seaview United 1
Seaview are
through to the final for the first time in their history after overcoming
league champions East End United by a solitary goal. The South Wexford side
started the strongest and after just fifteen minutes were a goal up when Fiona
Rowe found the net with a well placed shot. Seaview enjoyed the better
possession in the first half but were unable to increase their advantage and
went in still a goal up at half time. East End were more attack minded in the
second half but found Seaview more than capable of keeping them at bay and
despite a hectic final fifteen minutes, Seaview held on to book their place in
the fina;
